Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be in the same condition as received.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, incorrect size, or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
